It is aimed at individuals over 18 years old who seek support to face challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Through individual sessions, one of our specialised professionals works with each patient to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, promoting self-awareness and developing tools to improve their quality of life.
The approach is personalised, adapting to the specific needs and goals of each person, with the aim of achieving lasting mental and emotional balance.
This service is also available for children and adolescents.
